1. AI / GPU Compute Cluster Liquid Cooling

Full UQDB blind-mate + cold plate + manifold solution for H100, 5090, 4090D GPU server clusters. OCP ORv3 BMQC compliant, 5 mm radial + 2.74° angular misalignment tolerance — server insertion auto-mates the coupling.

Typical configuration: 8 GPU full water cooling + 2 UQDB pairs (redundant) per rack slot; standard ORv3 rack 24 valves (12 per side, left return / right supply) supports 12 1OU server units.

2. ORv3 / ORM3 Rack BMQC Retrofit

Domestic alternative for retrofitting air-cooled ORv3 racks to liquid cooling. Our UQDB series is fully interchangeable with Danfoss UQD03 and Stäubli CPC LQ — existing imported couplings and new domestic ones share the same loop.

3. Crypto Miner Water Cooling Retrofit

Covers Antminer (S19/S21), Whatsminer (M63/M53), Avalon series — full solution from couplings, cold plates, power cords to complete water cooling kits. Hashrate boost 45%~50% (varies by model condition).

4. Data Center CDU Integration

Cabinet-level CDUs paired with UQD/UQDB interfaces, standard ISO 11926-1 3/4-16 UNF-2B port thread, max flow 9 LPM, working pressure 50 PSIG. Integrates with mainstream BMCs (ASPEED AST2600) and DCIMs (Schneider EcoStruxure / Vertiv Trellis).

5. Immersion Liquid Cooling Appliance

For edge AI inference and small clusters. Immersion liquid cooling chassis turnkey solutions including Deepseek liquid cooling appliance and 16-card 4090D-48G liquid cooling server (vllm running deepseek).

6. Test & Quality Assurance

In-house high-pressure needle-valve pressure and airtightness test bench. Every BMQC piece passes 150 PSIG × 3 min hydrostatic test and Spillage @50 PSIG inspection before shipment. Test data delivered to customers as compliance support material.
